Come move with me and a bunch of your new best friends. Over the four days we’re together, you will learn moves to engage your core and support your pelvic floor. You’ll build on strengths you already have as a mover. You’ll reconnect with your body and discover ways your body can move that you didn’t know existed. You’ll learn self-massage techniques that you can use to support your healing. And you’ll do it all in the nurturing community we’ll build together. Everyone's favorites will make an appearance: pinky balls and psoas releases galore. And of course some butt-burning moves that will help you feel strong! We’ll take a hike, too, to see how what you learn on the mat translates to moving through the world around us.
Choose how much community time you want outside of the opening and closing circles each day—we'll plan a couple of evening activities, but you're welcome to recharge alone as well. We’ll have hangouts in the teahouse, a storybowl, a campfire, maybe even a movie night! You won’t want to leave, but when you do you will know you can always come back, come home, be embodied.
Daily journaling exercises, self-care assignments, and time spent in nature will reset your mind as well as your body. Transform your mindset by taking time away from your every day context. If you are wondering what it would be like to feel at home in your body, then you are in the right place. We’ll dig in to the stories you tell yourself about your body, and see if we can transform your relationship in a positive way.
